Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems
- Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, and able to communicate and troubleshoot over the phone with the Operations manager
- Utilizes experience and technical skills with preventative maintenance and system operations to determine service needs
- Advises owner of residence and Manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken
- Works in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Able to manage and take lead of the installation and crew while on the job
- Must be able to carry out direction with little to no supervision and strong attention to detail
- Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
